Top End Sportfishing Booking Fee consists of 2 components:
Deposit – being 20% of the total booking fee; and
Balance – being the Balance of the Booking Fee, less deposit paid
Where a booking is made more than 30 days in advance of the charter date, the Deposit is required to secure your preferred charter date. Balance of Booking Fee is payable not less than 30 days prior to the agreed charter date.
Where a booking is made & confirmed less than 30 days in advance of the charter date, 100% of the Booking Fee is immediately payable to secure your preferred charter date.

Top End Sportfishing reserves the right to collect up to 20% of the Deposit should the agent deposit be less than 20% of the total Booking Fee.
Upon notification of a booking, we undertake to review details and confirm directly with you: specifics of the booking and when funds are due, in accordance with the above. Failure to make payments as requested may result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of any deposit paid.
